A place where BROKEN PEOPLE are made WHOLE

Mission Statement
Hope CFC is committed to holistic ministry—this encompasses care for the spirit, soul, and body.

Our Beginnings…

In March 2014, God transitioned Elder James C. Clark from a familiar place; as he was setting the stage for something fresh, new and exciting.  At that time, Elder Clark decided that he would sit and wait on God for direction concerning the next steps for his life. While in this transitional phase, he submitted to the leadership and guidance of Apostle Joel Rudolph.  In May 2014, Elder Clark felt a stirring in his spirit to birth Hope Christian Fellowship Center.  Upon receiving the blessing of Pastor Rudolph, the wheels were set in motion.  Shortly thereafter it was confirmed that God was sending Elder Clark back to the Bronx, NY to plant a new ministry.  During this time God led Elder Clark and his family to officially join Christian Fellowship Center so that the new ministry would be launched out of their new church home.

As God would have it, Elder Clark crossed paths with Pastor Fred Caleb and he was instrumental in assisting the new ministry in organizing all the paper work needed to be recognized as a ministry in accordance to the laws of New York; thereafter, on July 30, 2014 Hope Christian Fellowship Center was incorporated and officially recognized as a church.

While seeking a place to convene worship services, Elder Clark spoke with Bishop Al Archie of Simple Truth Ministries.  Bishop Archie graciously opened his church home to the Hope C.F.C family.  It was on Wednesday, September 10, 2014 at 7pm the ministry launched its first service.

Over the course of the last 2 years Hope Christian Fellowship Center has focused on spreading the message of Jesus Christ and bringing healing and wholeness to broken people. The mantra of the ministry is “A place where BROKEN people are made WHOLE.”  We are a mission minded body of believers—as such, we hosted a street outreach offering ministry through free food (serving over 300 hot dogs), clothes and school supplies.  Additionally, we continuously minister to a local family shelter with ongoing services and resources.

As the Lord would lead, on Saturday, March 19, 2016, with the unanimous support of the church, Elder James C. Clark was officially installed as Senior Pastor of Hope Christian Fellowship Center.

God is truly amazing and we have seen His powerful hand, grace and favor over the ministry. We know that there are great things ahead for the church as God unfolds His plan for His people.
